Panthera Intelligence
Behavioural analytics for GEOINT analysts

Learn how adversaries behave. Notice when that changes.

Panthera Intelligence turns multi-sensor satellite data into a force posture picture your analysts can work from, inside an instance you control.

Who we are

Behavioural analytics for GEOINT analysts

Panthera Intelligence is a British software company that turns satellite observation into interpreted force posture intelligence for European ministries.

We do not own satellites. We work above the sensor market, bringing SAR, optical, RF, and thermal data into one picture of how the adversary is behaving.

We believe the advantage now lies in how quickly observation becomes assessment, and in who controls that step.

The problem

There is more satellite data than there are analysts to process it

Collection has grown far faster than the capacity to exploit it. The question is rarely whether a facility was observed, but whether anyone had the time to compare that observation with what the facility looked like last month and last year.

The risk your teams carry is not that something was never collected. It is that something already in the data went unread.

What the platform does

We automate the triage so your analysts can spend their time on the judgement

The platform holds a behavioural baseline for every facility you monitor and scores current activity against it, so an analyst opens a ranked list of what has changed rather than a raw collection.

Related events arrive together as one account. A departure at one facility is shown alongside a matching arrival elsewhere, with the reasoning and the confidence stated.

We inform the assessment. We do not make it. That judgement belongs to your analysts and your commanders.

Advantages
01
Baselines, not snapshots

We learn what normal looks like at a specific facility from years of its own history, so ordinary variation does not read as change.

02
Indicators, ranked

Deviations are scored and ordered, which means the thing worth looking at is at the top of the list.

03
One picture, not many alerts

Detections across facilities are connected, so you see where forces are concentrating rather than change without context.

04
Sensor agnostic by design

We work with the data you already buy and with sovereign constellation data, across SAR, optical, RF, and thermal.

Why sovereign

Your data, your baselines, your assessments, inside your instance

The platform deploys into a sovereign instance under your control. Everything the platform learns and everything it produces stays inside it, where no party outside your control can hold or inspect it.

Where the platform sits

Built for indicators and warnings, where early is the whole point

We support the assessment of force posture and intent: what an adversary is preparing to do, and how much warning you have. That is the judgement the platform is designed to inform.

This is not about nominating targets. It is about understanding how the adversary behaves, and recognising when that behaviour changes.
